Both of the air conditioning units went out within 24 hours of 1 another. It was 95 degrees outside. I called 75 degrees and spoke with Kenny. He sent someone out the same day. My technician was Dan. Dan, quickly assessed the units and got them working.We both agreed to replace the furnace and 1 unit due to the age of the items (15 + years). He helped me order a unit and furnace.
